Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

D365 Training is operated by Viscontis Limited, Canada Street, SE16 6BH, London, UK. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

We collect personal data in two places on this site:

Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't set any cookies of our own to profile visitors. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner here — under UK GDPR and PECR, banners are only required for non-essential cookies.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example, to distinguish real visitors from bots) and may collect basic, aggregated technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes. These are exempt from consent requirements because the site cannot function securely without them. If that ever changes, for example if we add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll update this policy and add a consent banner.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

How we store your data

Newsletter subscriber data (email, first name, subscription status and consent timestamp) is stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage. Confirmation and newsletter emails are sent through Azure Communication Services. Contact form messages are not stored in a database — they are relayed directly to our team's inbox by email via Azure Communication Services, with your address set as the reply-to. All processing happens on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the UK region.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and is deleted when you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, following our normal business email retention practice.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal data. It's processed by our infrastructure providers — Microsoft (Azure Table Storage, Azure Communication Services, Microsoft 365) and Cloudflare (site hosting) — solely to operate the newsletter and contact form on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you immediately. For any other request, or general questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@d365training.com.
