Alfredo Iorio

Alfredo Iorio is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Solution Architect who trains professionals and teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot. He founded D365 Training, where he creates hands-on guides based on real implementations.

His background spans Supply Chain Management and Operations, primarily in Food and Pharma manufacturing and distribution. He led his first Dynamics 365 implementation in 2015 at a large UK food importer, then transitioned into functional consulting, going on to complete 47 end-to-end implementations alongside major Microsoft Partners in the UK, EMEA and North America as a freelance consultant, before moving into a solution architecture role.

Alfredo founded D365 Training in 2019 as a blog about Microsoft Dynamics 365, later growing it into an online course platform. He sold the course asset in 2026 to a major Microsoft Training Services Partner and retained the blog. He writes practical, vendor-independent guides to help teams get more out of their Microsoft business applications.

Alfredo works as an independent advisor, trainer, and solution architect for large-scale Dynamics implementations. He helps Microsoft partners upskill their consultants and helps SMBs develop custom employee training programs for Dynamics 365 applications. He is an author and regularly speaks and trains at Microsoft Dynamics events and conferences.
